Terms and Conditions

By becoming a member you verify that you or the recipient of the club is at least 21 years of age. You authorize Cape Ardor to charge your credit card six times per year (January, March, May, July, September, November) for a minimum of FOUR club shipments.

Club wines are allocated based on club tier and time of year and can be changed for an alternative of equal or greater value.

The club releases will be charged to the credit card on file the first day of a club month (January, March, May, July, September, November). It is your obligation to update your credit card and shipping address information online or by phone 888-812-2543 at least 5 business days prior to this billing. Cape Ardor is not responsible for shipping charges incurred due to misdirected or returned shipments or changes made after the deadline. If a club shipment is returned for an incorrect address or three failed delivery attempts you will be responsible for the additional cost of reshipping or a restocking fee of $50.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL UPON SHIPMENT FROM OUR DOCK. If your shipment is damaged on arrival, contact us immediately. Cape Ardor is not responsible for damages incurred by the carrier (UPS). We will work with the carrier to file a claim and replaced damaged wine once they (the carrier), has acknowledged and approved to pay for the damages.

If you decide to skip a shipment or cancel your Membership after we charge your card but before we process a pending shipment, we will refund your credit card. You should notify Cape Ardor within 3 business days after receiving a credit card charge notification. Up to 50% restocking fee may apply. If we receive your notification after we have completed a shipment, no refund will be issued.

If you cancel your membership after we send an email notification of a pending shipment, we strongly recommend that you confirm your cancellation in writing.

Due to federal law requiring all wine shipments to be signed for by a person at least 21 years of age, a daytime delivery address, preferably a business address, is required. Shipments are handled by UPS and cannot be delivered to PO, FPO, APO or IPO boxes.

The wine club member receives 10% discount on every order. It applies automatically. This discount is valid until you cancel the membership. The discount is not combinable with other discounts and promotions. This discount applies to all discount-eligible wines.
