The Ambassador

Welcome to our prestigious new service, The Ambassador. The Ambassador is like a wine club, and more.
Our members gain access to all of our Reserve wine club wines including limited releases not available to the general public. They can choose to purchase these coveted wines or customize their orders 100% by working with one of our talented wine specialists. Memberships are granted by application as they are limited.

How does it work?

Select up to 12 Reserve wines 4 times a year ($300 minimum per shipment)
Work with one of our wine specialists to customize the perfect wine shipment tailored to your taste
Gain early access to limited wine club wines and new releases 
20% savings on each shipment and every other purchase year round.

The Ambassador Schedule

One of our wine specialists will contact you and help customize your order 4 times a year.
Price: $300 minimum per shipment of up to 12 bottles (excluding tax and shipping).

Terms and Conditions

By becoming a member you verify that you or the recipient of the club is at least 21 years of age. You authorize Cape Ardor to charge your credit card four times per year (February, May, August, November) for a minimum of THREE shipments that are priced at a minimum of $300. If we can’t connect with you in 2 weeks, our team will select an order  for you (based on your past preference).

The club releases will be charged to the credit card on file the second or third week of club month (February, May, August, November). It is your obligation to update your credit card and shipping address information online or by phone 888-812-2543 at least 5 business days prior to this billing. Cape Ardor is not responsible for shipping charges incurred due to misdirected or returned shipments or changes made after the deadline. If a club shipment is returned for an incorrect address or three failed delivery attempts you will be responsible for the additional cost of reshipping or a restocking fee of $50.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL ONCE RELEASED. If your shipment is damaged on arrival, contact us immediately. Cape Ardor is not responsible for damages incurred by the carrier (UPS). We will work with the carrier to file a claim and replaced damaged wine once they (the carrier), has acknowledged and approved to pay for the damages.

If you decide to skip a shipment or cancel your Membership after we charge your card but before we process a pending shipment, we will refund your credit card. You should notify Cape Ardor within 3 business days after receiving a credit card charge
